The origin of this resorts name takes inspiration from the Hindu epic poem, the Mahabharata, which describes Svarga Loka, as Good Kingdom – a heavenly paradise for the Hindu Gods. We have strategically placed ourselves just a few minutes stroll from Ubuds famous Alchemy cafe www.alchemybali.com which offers a variety of organic raw, vegan meals and super foods as well as cold pressed juice and more.. Ubud also hosts an array of local and international cuisine nearby the resort, and Svarga Loka itself offers incredible meal options!

Whether you are just starting out on your journey to become a teacher, seeking to enhance your teaching skills or simply wish to develop your personal practice, our teacher training programmes and intensives will provide you with the tools to enrich your practice and teach authentically, grounded both in self-awareness and experiential knowledge.
Our Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour yoga teacher training program provides the students the highest standards of education and qualification to teach internationally.
Students must have at least 6 months of regular Yoga practice or similar fitness background. But most importantly, our requirements are more about the dedication to learn new things and commitment to improve the practice. We welcome all students with an open mind and ready to transform and grow their yoga practice on and off the mat.
Graduation and Certification
Final practical and written exams must be completed prior to certification. Upon graduation students will be given a Yoga Alliance certificate from Radhika Yoga stating that they have completed our requirements and are now certified yoga teachers. You will graduate with a powerful understanding of deeper knowledge pertaining to the spiritual aspects of yoga and existence as well as being very confident and competent teaching the styles of vinyasa, creative and popular power and gentle flows and Yin Yoga.
As a team of two with guest teachers and assistants we offer over 25 years experience from years living in Vedic temples, studying under Gurus and masters across the globe and have synthesised these teachings for you in this very unique programme. You will be nurtured in finding your own unique voice as a teacher and will be given much grounded knowledge in all aspects of yoga, as well as ongoing support on your journey.

Firstly what sets this programme apart from others is the Vedic conclusions that are taught and the inversion based vinyasa. The body of the Vedas/Yogic knowledge is huge and what is often missed is the very essence. During the course of this programme you will learn what the whole body of Yogic wisdom / The Vedanta is trying to say.
This knowledge will forever leave you changed ! Also we incorporate inversions, namely handstands as transitions throughout the entire 3hr morning practice. Do not let this daunt you for you are lead in such a way that this has proved suitable for all levels and ages throughout all of our many programmes worldwide. By the end of the morning practice trainees are astounded it’s even been three hours! You are guaranteed to be supported in such a way that you will not only experience profound levels of happiness during the programme, yet the tools you will walk away with will ensure this lasting and positive effect on your life.

Methodology consists of learning the healing, therapeutic and beneficial effects of asana, which will enable you to create therapeutic sequences for others. You will also learn creative sequencing for power vinyasa, gentle flows and yin yoga with the essential skills necessary to be able to develop unique classes, that will help you address and support people at varying levels within their practice.
The practical experience you gain daily teaching in workshops and class settings, as well as being assisted with developing many aspects of your unique voice as a teacher, guide and powerful source of healing in the world, will equip you with the skills that enable, encourage and inspire others.
You will learn how to create freedom in your breathe to access and remove tension, and how the correlation between alignment and ability to breath optimally are essential in yogic practice.
You will experience meditation techniques, including the profound effects of mantra. Sometimes classical Indian instruments will be used and the deeper meanings of the mantras will be shared.
