Our Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour yoga teacher training program provides the students the highest standards of education and qualification to teach internationally.
Students must have at least 6 months of regular Yoga practice or similar fitness background. But most importantly, our requirements are more about the dedication to learn new things and commitment to improve the practice. We welcome all students with an open mind and ready to transform and grow their yoga practice on and off the mat.
Graduation and Certification
Final practical and written exams must be completed prior to certification. Upon graduation students will be given a Yoga Alliance certificate from Radhika Yoga stating that they have completed our requirements and are now certified yoga teachers. You will graduate with a powerful understanding of deeper knowledge pertaining to the spiritual aspects of yoga and existence as well as being very confident and competent teaching the styles of vinyasa, creative and popular power and gentle flows and Yin Yoga.
As a team of two with guest teachers and assistants we offer over 25 years experience from years living in Vedic temples, studying under Gurus and masters across the globe and have synthesised these teachings for you in this very unique programme. A Deeper Look
Methodology consists of learning the healing, therapeutic and beneficial effects of asana, which will help you develop your own self practice and specific therapeutic sequences for others. You will learn creative sequencing for power vinyasa and yin yoga with the essential skills necessary to be able to develop unique classes, that will help you address and support people at varying levels within their practice.
The practical experience you gain daily teaching in workshops and class settings, as well as being assisted with developing many aspects of your unique voice as a teacher, guide and powerful source of healing in the world, equiping you with the skills that enable, encourage and inspire others.
The morning practice is strong yet focused deeply on the correct breathing and alignment necessary for essential energetics to take place for optimum upliftment and self development. You will learn how to create freedom in your breathe to access and remove tension, and how the correlation between alignment and ability to breath optimally are essential in yogic practice. The advanced philosophy we share picks up where the eight limbs leave of. You will learn how both the physical practice and deeper spiritual knowledge co-exist in a way that you can incorporate this awareness into yours and others lives in meaningful ways.
The ancient teachings of the Vedic conclusions are rare and transformational classes giving you the opportunity to develop a profound and keen understanding into the essence of all yogic philosophy, which through the knowledge and practices therein, can present a clearer perspective illuminating a greater sense of personal purpose. During the course you gain daily experience teaching in workshops, class settings, and are assisted on working on many aspects to develop your unique voice as a teacher, guide and powerful source of healing in the world.
You will experience many meditation techniques, including the profound effects of mantra. Sometimes classical Indian instruments will be used and the deeper meanings of the mantras will be shared. These classes are transformative and through sound healing we clear our throat, heart and third eye centres which shifts us from the thinking mind into the experience of the soul. “Through sound we can be conditioned, and through sound we can also be liberated.” – Indradyumna Swami
