CURRICULUM

Our programmes are results driven with a focus on mindful movement mastery, optimum alignment and breath, with a unique inversion focus and revolutionary teachings in yogic philosophy. 

Physical aspects have a very strong breath focus - accessing breath blockages and re-instating breath system as taught by the God father of Ashtanga Yoga Krishnamacarya.

We have a strong classical tantra component teaching yoga alliance requisites plus a deeper portion pertaining to classical tantric philosophy, sanskrit, mantra and mantra music. These include ‘secret or confidential’ mantras studied and practiced whilst living in classical tantric temples as full time monks as our teachers have.

Since covid Yoga alliance has become more flexible with hybrid style offerings. With ten years experience graduating students from all continents and holding the highest standard as an internationally accrediting school at 500 hours plus continuing education level, we have much experience teaching for all levels and insight into how to provide a multi level experience whilst nurturing and supporting each individuals progress optimally. Hence these dates come with the option to complete a 200 hour level and gain an additional 100 hours towards the 300hr or attend as a retreat option.
