DEEPER OVERVIEW..

-All of our teachers have lived as full time monks in classical tantric temples, in full time service and study of vedic conclusions / yogic science and share how this gateway into spiritual knowledge they share on the training, empowers ones life.

-Somatic exploration via Kaivalya Tantra Breath work. Un - altered breath system used for powerful energetic clearing and alchemy. The founder taught this for a Himalayan baba’s international groups in the Himalayan foothills before bringing this to the west.

-The morning practice is series one Ashtanga with inversion transitions suitable for all levels. Our students train with us from all continents, ages, and practice levels. Due to expertise of teachers, individual attention is given to assist all levels progress. This structure gives you a very strong foundation in the physical practice where you also learn creative sequencing for vinyasa and yin yoga graduating capable to teach a variety of styles.

-Daily there’s a variety of progressive movement techniques such as handstanding and contortion (backbending for all levels), as well as fine tuned structural alignment in asana and posture to help access correct and optimal breath patternings within asana and life.

-The traditional breath teachings throughout are drawn directly from Krishnamacarya (the God father of Yoga). Due to the modern world and development of the Yoga industry these teachings are widely lost today yet we have kept our teachings traditional and authentic to give you the most profound experience of healing and transformation.
