ADVANCED ASHTANGA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
CURRICULUM
Our programmes are results driven with a focus on mindful movement mastery, optimum alignment and breath, with a unique inversion focus and revolutionary teachings in yogic philosophy.
Physical aspects have a very strong breath focus - accessing breath blockages and re-instating breath system as taught by the God father of Yoga Krishnamacarya which releases stored emotion and recreates the self as well as allowing access to deeper expressions within the asana practice.
We also have a strong classical tantra component teaching much more than what is usually found on a YTTC in terms of tantric philosophy as well as the secret mantras that one is privvy to from living in classical tantric temples as full time monks as our teachers have. These mantras give powerful spiritual SUKRITI which reshapes soul destiny.
